*My babies will NOT leave my care until they are 8 weeks old and sometimes longer depending on the kits. All of my babies are handled daily and are very sweet. however, I cannot guarantee that any rabbit purchased will not bite or scratch. Under no circumstances am I responsible for any damage caused by the rabbit to personal property or any personal injuries such as biting or scratching.

 

​*Sales: Prices are non-negotiable. Deposits are non-refundable. No sales to anyone under the age of 18 without the parents permission. Available buns will be listed with description and availability. We take updated photo every 1-2 weeks. Please check out website and facebook pages for events like gender reveals, litter updates, and more...

​If the rabbit is: *PENDING: An inquiry has been made and I am awaiting a non-refundable deposit to hold, but feel free to inquire in case the sale doesn't go through. *HOLD: A non-refundable deposit has been made to hold that rabbit until it is ready to go to it's new home. The remaining amount will be due at pick up. CASH ONLY (NO CHECKS). *SOLD: A full, non-refundable payment has been made on the Mini Lop and it is no longer available.

​*If you do not pick up or haven't made any other arrangements with me within 3 days after the given pick up day. That rabbit will be placed back up for sale or if I decide to keep the rabbit it will stay here. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!!! We have the right to cancel or refuse a sale, if a deposit has been paid after I decide to cancel the sale due to the rabbit being sick/injured the deposit will be refunded (THAT IS THE ONLY TIME A DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED). I will not knowingly sell any sick rabbits, our rabbits will be healthy to the best of my knowledge when they leave my care. We are not responsible for the rabbit's health after it leaves.

 

Please do not feed greens, fruits, vegetables or treats from a pet store to rabbits under 6 months of age.

​*Sexing rabbits- Sometimes we tell the wrong sex by mistake. Please keep that in mind when you purchase a young rabbit. We do check several times and try to be as accurate as possible. But a mistake can happen! You may return the rabbit if needed.

​

Any rabbit(s) purchased can be return if the owner or immediate family can not care for the rabbit(s) any longer. In the event that this happens the cage maybe needed to house the rabbit(s). We may also look into other Kynzie's Hutch families for a suitable match for that rabbit. If the rabbit(s) are placed in another home, We need to know. This helps us to keep track of all our babies for their entire lifetime.
